Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1

We’re looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and ensure their success, and also support the management team in daily operations and meeting sales targets. • Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. You’ll cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when your Manager gets pulled away • You’ve got the keys to the kingdom, and you’re not afraid to use them! You’ll open and close the store, as needed • Work the register; you’ll process sales transactions and use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales using additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
