A day in the life, what you’ll be doing: • Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures all team members deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience • Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempts to "solve for yes" and escalates issues as appropriate • Maintains a clean and well organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience • Shares feedback from customers with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience • Performs as the floor supervisor role as needed to cover non-peak periods (breaks etc.) Physical Requirements: • The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.
