Our 10 week Summer Internship Program is the perfect way to gain work experience within the core of the organization, while learning what a career at LS&Co. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, all interns will participate in an intern group project dedicated to a critical business initiative as well as be exposed to all areas of our business and our brands. Finance Internship Responsible for supporting the financial planning, controlling, reporting and analyzing of Corp SG&A/Operating expenses. Supports monthly reporting and analysis, quarterly forecasts, strategic long range plan modelling, and the annual planning processes Performs ad-hoc financial modelling and analysis Coordinates between regional finance teams and matrix finance support teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and in a consistent manner Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous improvement in processes, systems and efficiency within the finance organization and cross- functionally Key Results: \- Effective, business oriented plans (SBP, AFP) for the corporate functions and LS&CO goals. Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and supporting financial models as needed to respond to issues in a timely manner.
