PAID SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Job Description Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children. These brands are sold in leading department stores, national chains, and specialty retailers domestically and internationally. This person will be proficient in Facebook Ads and Business Manager, will support a range of social media campaigns and integrated accounts, and should have two plus years of experience working with Facebook advertising. Breakdown of responsibilities:(50%) Responsible for planning, managing and executing paid social media campaigns* Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, optimizations and results* Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of Facebook ad campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analysis. )* Experience using Facebook Ads Manager (25%) Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests* Measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics* Leveraging our real-time data dashboards and a plethora of reporting tools, you will be tasked with communicating campaign performance to clients and creating a clear roadmap for the future* Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions* Prepare reports and present results to clients and management* Present campaign recaps and insights (25%) Cross-functional Collaboration & Planning* Build and maintain relationships with media partners* Collaborate with social, brand and media teams to brainstorm out-of-the box social media campaigns* High collaboration with CRM team* Responsible for working with creative team on creative assets* Responsible for managing tracking and attribution* High-touch communication and collaboration with brand and media leads Experience and Skills * 2+ years of experience in a paid social media role* eCommerce, Retail or Agency experience preferred* Experience working in a direct marketing environment, preferably with an online retailer a plus* Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad placements and campaigns* Experience using web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other platform)* Process oriented* Time management skills and ability to shift between competing priorities* Excellent writing and communication skills* Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude internally and externally* Ability to work collaboratively and field requests from key internal stakeholders* Team player.
