Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing buyers or strategists Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns including Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube Oversee paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and other emerging channels Drive integrated digital marketing initiatives across search, social, display, and programmatic, ensuring alignment with performance objectives Maintain a hands on presence within platforms to understand performance at a granular level and drive measurable results Collaborate closely with internal teams and global counterparts, including North America based teams, to align on media strategy Analyze campaign and cross channel performance data to surface insights and optimization opportunities Continuously improve internal processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and team performance Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices Requirements 3+ years of hands on experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads or Search Ads 360, including Shopping and YouTube Hands on experience managing paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager Proven track record of executing, optimizing, and scaling SEM and paid social campaigns Agency experience is strongly preferred Strong foundation in digital marketing across search, social, display, and programmatic channels Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity Excellent communication and people leadership skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking with high attention to detail Familiarity with key marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
