About the RoleThe Haus Archive is seeking a paid part-time intern to support boutique operations, content creation, product listings, customer experience, and digital sales.

This role is ideal for a college student or early-career creative interested in fashion, marketing, styling, retail, merchandising, social media, entrepreneurship, or luxury resale.

The intern will gain hands-on experience inside a growing founder-led fashion business, supporting both the physical showroom and online sales channels.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with showroom organization and boutique presentationSupport customer experience during store hours, shopping events, and private appointmentsHelp steam, tag, measure, and prepare inventoryAssist with product photography and short-form video contentFilm behind-the-scenes clips, TikToks, Instagram Reels, and StoriesSupport TikTok Shop Lives and online sellingHelp prepare Shopify and TikTok Shop product listingsPackage orders and organize sold inventoryAssist with event setup for shopping days, pop-ups, and private appointmentsLearn the basics of consignment, luxury resale, merchandising, and boutique operationsIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is:

Interested in fashion, vintage, designer resale, styling, or retailDetail-oriented, organized, and trustworthyComfortable handling luxury and delicate items with careComfortable assisting with content creation and filmingProfessional, reliable, and communicativeExcited to help grow a local fashion businessAvailable 8–12 hours per weekAvailable for some Saturdays, shopping events, or TikTok Shop Lives as neededPrevious retail, fashion, styling, marketing, customer service, or content creation experience is helpful, but not required.
