Primary Responsibilities: Design new and innovative packaging for all categories of bedding, bath, window coverings and utility textiles. Work with product managers and the overseas team to understand costs and develop packaging prototypes in a timely manner for presentations and production standards. Develop templates and specification of new packaging for hand-off to packaging production. Assist in the creative development of marketing collateral including but not limited to: packaging, catalogs, look books, digital marketing and retail visual merchandising concepts. Detail oriented and attentive to accuracy Ability to work independently, while also seeking support from team as needed.
