Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to prepare and update planograms. A strong understanding of visual merchandising best practices. The ability to create renderings for retail displays and effectively communicate an idea through visual mockups The ability to take a project from concept/visual mockups through to technical files ready for production Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for visual merchandising. Knowledge of industry trends and beauty industry benchmarks is a plus. Proficient technical packaging skills in addition to visual packaging design (understanding packaging dielines and prepping technical files for print) Strong project management and cross functional communication skills The ability to effectively communicate and work with external vendors A huge plus: Knowledge of 3D rendering software or prototyping tools.
