Job Description:What This Position is All About: As a shipping processor, you will review details of orders, check products for damage, pack merchandise for customers, and work with leadership to correct issues.Who You Are: - Consistently generates and shares ideas to tackle both simple and complex problems while keeping a keen eye for detail- Can effectively collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional results while valuing and supporting the achievement of their peers- Acts promptly in routine situations and sees a clear plan of action to a positive result- Demonstrates comfort in flexing all communication styles and establishes positive interpersonal relationshipsYou Also Have: - High School Degree or GED required- Must have an understanding of English language and be able to follow both written and verbal instructions - Must have basic math skills- Must be able articulate verbal and written communication skills. Communicates in a timely and appropriate manner to all levels. Ensures manager is well informed on a consistent basis and comply with all company policies, including safety, productivity, and quality guidelines- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to take ownership of assigned area- Good computer skills with an ability to learn new systems quickly- Ability to operate the Agile packing system and other supporting systems as required- Dependable, work with a sense of urgency.
