Summary The Outlet Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily store operations and leading the sales team at the Upper West Side outlet location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring the store meets sales and visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities Coach, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store sales goals.Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily store operations.Maintain visual merchandising and floor standards to support product presentation and promotions.Manage inventory activities including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention practices.Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Requirements
