Summary
Provide friendly, customer-focused service on the sales floor at the Liberty Place outlet. Assist customers with product selection, maintain store presentation, and support daily store operations as a part-time team member. Work collaboratively with other associates to meet sales and service goals.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers, offer styling guidance, and drive sales through product knowledge and service.Operate the cash wrap, process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock merchandise, and ensure fitting rooms are tidy.Support inventory activities including receiving, tagging, and organizing stock on the sales floor.Communicate with management about customer feedback, inventory needs, and store issues.Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills required.Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.Basic math skills and comfort operating point-of-sale systems.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
