Outlet Team Associate - Buckhead Station

Summary

As an Outlet Team Associate you will provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor at our Buckhead Station outlet location. You will assist customers with product selection, operate the point-of-sale, and help maintain merchandising standards. This role supports a fast-paced retail environment and requires flexibility for weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers to drive sales and build rapport.Provide product knowledge and assist with fittings and styling.Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.Maintain store appearance by restocking merchandise and organizing displays.Receive and process shipments and assist with inventory tasks as needed.Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Customer service or retail experience preferred.Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
