RH is seeking an Outlet Store Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the business, developing and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver unexpected and extraordinary customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for inspiring teams, a commitment to Quality, and the skill to execute with precision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings • Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to inspire and guide our Team Members • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Commitment to Quality with meticulous attention to detail • Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications • Travel periodically, including extended trips as needed • Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
