About the Role The position encompasses multiple areas of retail operations, including Loss Prevention, product catalog management, and customer services. Be highly visible, spend most of the time at the store entrance and key departments, and raise shortage awareness among store staff. • Oversee the product catalog, including product publishing, taxonomy, catalog hierarchy, and category navigation for FootLocker.com. • Provide direction and support for point of sale and customer services, teaching, coaching, developing, and supervising associates while completing all service processes focused on delivering excellent customer service.
