You can learn more about us at www.printfresh.com or by joining our community on Instagram, @printfresh. **About The Job** We are looking for an Organic Social Media Specialist who will take the lead on creating organic content for social media (Instagram posts/Stories/Reels, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook) and create an engaging community through DMs, comments, and compelling copy. **Job Responsibilities** -Work with marketing team to ensure social content follows marketing calendar -Manage Instagram grid, Stories, and Reels, and create community through DMs, comments, and compelling copy -Manage TikTok and create community through engagement -Manage Pinterest, including sharing relevant content and creating original content to enhance product launches -Ensure blog posts, press features, and other marketing deliverables are shared on appropriate social channels -Work collaboratively with team to request assets, plan launches, and drive revenue -Communicate with customers who comment or DM with fit questions or customer service needs -Assist with the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with influencers and editors that align with the company's target market -Stay up to date on social best practices, and research and implement new ideas -Pull relevant social metrics and report findings to the team -Assist with additional marketing efforts as requested **Job Requirements** -Strong knowledge of social media, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest -5+ years of post-educational experience in managing social media accounts for similar brands -Ability to create compelling mobile- based photo and video content that follows brand's visual style and aesthetic -Skilled at writing copy in brand's voice -Proficiency with Slack, Google suite, Shopify, Google Analytics, Excel - inventory software knowledge is a plus -Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred but not required - relevant experience is just as good **To Apply** Candidates should send their resume and cover letter in PDF format to the email address above, which will add your information and resume to our Workable candidate management system.
