Operations Planner Store Projects JOB SUMMARY An Operations Planner is responsible for quantifying Store Specific demand for owner supplied materials for their assigned Brand(s). Individual Contributor Role with no direct reports. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Quantifies demand for Store Specific Project Assignments: using Architectural Plan Sets to determine Store Specific usage of materials and assess quantity of materials - Has Brand intimacy of available materials and understanding of standard usage of the materials - Participates as needed in cross-functional meetings on assigned Store Specific Projects to ensure knowledgeable about unique material usage - Ensures timeliness and accuracy of demand - Ensures demand aligns to store budget forecast and communicates exceptions - Partners with Mast Global Logistics as needed Generates Store Specific purchase orders(po's) to meet production times and site specific delivery time lines - Manages necessary po approvals for assigned projects - Follows L Brands anti-corruption policies and escalate any concerns - Applies Inventory Strategies - Coordinates delivery timing with Construction Project Managers and accounts for any site specific variables Works closely with vendors on store specific deliveries(X-Factory dates) - Participates/Conducts regularly scheduled calls with vendors to ensure deliveries are on time - Escalates delivery concerns and challenges to Store Development and Sourcing Leadership - Partners with vendor on material overages/shortages and replacement parts; advises Construction Project Managers and Brand Operations on delivery dates - Communicates delays to Construction Project Team and supports determining alternate plans to ensure stores open on time - Closes out projects/po's Partners with Construction Project Managers and Brand Operations on site specific challenges - Partners with vendor on material overages/shortages and replacement parts; advises Construction Project Managers and Brand Operations on delivery dates - Communicates delays to Construction Project Team and supports determining alternate plans to ensure stores open on time - Closes out projects/po's Partners with SDS Sourcing team on quality issues and resolution - Provides insights and facts on vendor performance to sourcing - Escalates quality issues and partners with Store Development and Sourcing team to assess and resolve - Supports building team capability and effectiveness - Training and onboarding of existing and new associates - Development and updating of tools and documentation that support the teams work - May support strategic initiatives and team initiatives - Leads personal growth through Individual Development Plan \- Strong computer skills - word, excel, PowerPoint, SAP - Strong analytic skills - Highly organized and able to multi-task - Able to efficiently manage priorities and time - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills LEVEL OF POSITION EDUCATION LEVEL YEARS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE Director Manager Supervisor Individual Contributor Master's degree or equivalent experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Associate's degree or equivalent experience High School degree (or GED equivalent) 10+ years 7+ years 5-7 years 2-5 years 0-2 years REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Senior Ops Planner or Manager/Director PRIMARY CONTACTS - SDS Operations Team: Peers within team and additional Brand Teams - SDS Operations Leadership Team - SDC Construction Project Managers/Brand Managers(International) - SDC Designers - SDS Category Leads & Brand Leads - MG Logistics - MG Finance - Brand Store Operations Teams - Vendors ## Profile
