Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a retail store. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory management, stockroom organization, customer service, and sales floor standards.

Responsibilities

Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, transfers, and replenishment activities.Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.Assist customers, support sales transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting room areas.Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.Requirements

Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and team members.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.Ability to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
