This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty Strong attention to detail and execution Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to coach in real time 1–2 years retail experience preferred Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
