The Company also owns Skip Hop, a global lifestyle brand for families with young children. Manage the WIP process from Vendor Order to DC and/or Store Receipt to Customer Shipment. Oversee every step in the process including WIP delays, WIP shortages, quality issues, transportation delays, demand changes, system issues, order fulfillment, etc and be involved in daily decision making (with Retail OSV buyer insight) to maximize profitable sales while controlling inventory Procurement: Placing Buys (POs) to OSV vendors and oversee the accuracy of the Purchase Orders. May involve reaching out to OSV vendors for anticipated & actual ship dates to ensure the most up to date shipment tracking Internal Liaison: Act as the point person between the Retail OSV buyers, Transportation and other teams to ensure any issues related to on-time delivery are handled and properly communicated External Communication: Communicate daily with external accounts/partners in regard to supply and order fulfillment Demand Orders: continuous monitoring of inbound Supply and adjust Demand orders as needed. This role typically has no direct reports Position communicates with both internal and external customers, including Leadership & Retail OSV buyers, regarding Customer Purchase Orders and Inventory Management and availability
