Operations Manager/Retail and E-Commerce

About the Role: We are looking for a data-driven Director of Operations to act as the strategic architect of our business. Your goal is to move us from a founder-led model to a systems-led model by creating and engineering our OTB (Open to Buy) budgets and translating inventory data into actionable sales strategies. We value "ego-free" leadership—meaning you are as comfortable building an rolling P&L as you are occasionally jumping onto the sales floor during a busy day or helping the team execute a major in-store event. Strategic Buffer: Support the Store Manager by optimizing systems, allowing the store manager to focus on staff coaching and the customer experience. This is a role for a strategist who wants to see the direct impact of their financial modeling on the bottom line, working alongside a creative owner who values your expertise in the science of retail so they can focus on the art.
