This role is on-site 5 days a week in Commerce. The perfect candidate will manage the workflow and enable the team by bringing technology, process design and motivational leadership to a fast-paced working environment. 5+ years’ experience working in business operations and/or project management. Preferably in experience in the Fashion & Apparel Wholesale industry. Experience with configuration and administration of ERP Systems (NetSuite) Leadership level communication and strategic decision-making skills for long and short-term gain Familiar with fast-paced, creative and brand driven environments Demonstrated experience setting up / optimizing processes aimed at improving workflow Proven ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with both technical and creative partners Experience partnering with leadership and true understanding of team needs and potential Highly collaborative self-starter that embraces technology and change
