This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of hourly associates that operate the cross-belt sorter along with the maintenance and upkeep of various production support technology solutions. Responsibilites: Oversee day-to-day operations of the sortation team to ensure service level agreements and budget are met Monitor productivity, adhere to budgetary guidelines, and work to meet Distribution Center objectives and operational goals while maintaining standards pertaining to quality Program and support various production support projects throughout the DC Provide ongoing teaching and mentoring of associates within the department Maintain and improve current safety standards to insure a safe working environment
