Operations Coordinator

As the Operations Coordinator, you will support sales and service by driving operational functions and supervising a sales support team. Who Are You: Achieve results on store metrics including, but not limited to, sales, payroll expense, credit performance, fulfillment rates, EBITDA, and service Build rapport with customers and team, resulting in repeat customers and engaged associates Model customer-centric culture through service behaviors and coaching Oversee and execute operational processes including, but not limited to, truck processing, fulfillment, door-to-floor process, merchandising displays, replenishment, promotional signing, markdowns, Return-To-Vendors (RTVs), processing speed, and inventory Ensure merchandise is processed correctly and complies with merchandise protection guidelines before placement on the selling floor Organize back-of-house areas to maintain supplies and optimize efficiency Supervise receiving process and unloading/sorting of merchandise onto rolling rods and sort areas Support merchandise presentation, visual, and signage standards as well as store safety and shortage programs in partnership with store leadership, Visual, and Asset Protection team Maintain store equipment in partnership with IT on POS and system issues Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures; maintain knowledge of all Health and Safety protocols and Emergency procedures to ensure the safety of our associates and customers alike Efficiently complete tasks or special projects assigned by store leadership Thank you for your interest with Saks OFF 5TH.
