Operations: + Support Director of Ops and cross functional teams with status updates and timelines + Manage and maintain distribution lists + HR administration + Create and maintain complex Excel dashboards and scorecards + Audit current processes and formulate suggested improvements + Support roll out of new processes and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) + General administrative support as needed + Special projects as assigned by Leadership Planning and Merchandising: + Support with seasonal hindsights + Conduct competitor research (comp shops) and publish findings and suggestions + Partner with Director of Operations to build seasonal SKU plans + Manage GTM calendar and ensure cross functional execution + DTC inventory management and buy suggestions + Ensure data entry integrity and maintenance of seasonal product integrity in product management systems + Use historical data to develop and support merchandising decisions for wholesale and DTC + Create and maintain Style Master, including product attributes and data management + Curate product detail pages and content, including configuring, adding, removing, editing information to increase engagement and drive conversion for DTC ecommerce + Support Marketing in creating collections and landing pages to support new content, product launches and email campaigns + Own the product launch process, coordinating with the Creative Team, Copywriters and Marketing + Accountable for data accuracy, including troubleshooting and fixing issues + Review the site (DTC) daily with a customer-first mindset and proactively make site updates as needed + Support the Marketing Team with site analytics and suggestions as pertaining to product + Pricing management including markdowns, pricing architecture within Good/Better/Best framework Wholesale: + Create and communicate UPC’s and ASINs + Upload and maintain seasonal catalogs and selling tools (NuOrder, Joor, etc.) + Highly energetic self-starter, able to think outside the box and work independently as well as in teams. + Self motivated, strong problem solving skills, ability to work independently and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment. + Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing business.
