Roles and Duties:

Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to all safety policies and guidelines.Engage in safety training programs to enhance your ability to operate proficiently in a high-speed warehouse environment.Sort, convey, and ship products to retail stores and clients.Guarantee the precise handling of merchandise for store distribution and guest deliveries.Streamline inventory movement and proficiently manage freight within the warehouse.Ensure your workspace is clean, well-maintained, and devoid of clutter.Show up on time for work and ensure that tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Assist in problem-solving processes to underpin continuous operational advancements.Illustrate a beneficial and courteous manner when working by yourself or in a group.Requirements:

Able to frequently lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs.Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs.Aptitude to remain upright, ambulate, apply force, pull, incline, flex, and reach during working hours.Keep a proactive and capable attitude while engaged in group work or working autonomously.Essential numerical proficiencies, such as counting, addition, and subtraction.Proficiency in comprehending and deciphering product documentation, labels, and tickets effectively.Manage computer systems or handheld devices proficiently with minimal supervision after receiving proper training.Expertise in verbal and written communication proficiency.Aptitude in understanding, verbally expressing, and interpreting English to heed safety guidelines, policies, and instructions.Additional Requirements:

Proficient in receiving education and operating motorized machinery responsibly (such as Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift).Capable of working comfortably at heights reaching up to 40 feet if needed.Equipped to handle tasks efficiently in environments with controlled temperatures, including refrigerated and frozen spaces, over extended periods.Benefits:
