Operations Associate

You are accountable for contributing to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp activities and strategies to include Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp operations, and general operations. Core Competencies & Accomplishments: • Minimum qualifications include 1-2 years of relevant work experience • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience, but job applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent • Results: Solves problems and makes smart decisions that drive sales, profit and customer service; executes work effectively and efficiently; holds self accountable to a high standards to achieve results; adapts quickly to changing situations with energy and a positive attitude • Ownership: Providing excellent customer service; cooperating and fostering positive, inclusive, and respectful relationships; taking ownership of personal actions and results • Displays a proactive approach in enhancing customer experiences; demonstrates confidence and courage in ethical decision-making; completes tasks with vigor and a strong sense of urgency benefits package including medical/dental/vision, term life insurance, paid vacation/holidays, and 401(k) with Company match.
