Company Organization The Operations and Logistics Associate is a fulltime, remote employee of the Christofle North America corporate office in New York City. Role Description and Responsibilities The Operations and Logistics Associate role owns three key functions along Christofle’s international supply chain: on-site inventory control lead supporting the 3PL warehouse, EDI order management, and inbound logistics for all channels in North America and LATAM. Lead customer return/ RTV specialist for all channels: Partner with Customer Service to monitor and process all customer returns to the 3PL warehouse systematically. 3PL warehouse inventory control support: Partner with Supply Chain and Commercial Teams to provide regular forecasts to the 3PL warehouse team. Proactively providing visibility on inbound shipments and tracking information to Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and the 3PL warehouse teams: Daily monitoring and reporting on inbound shipping and tracking.
