Merchandising Processing \- Manages workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department Supervisors to meet planned units per hour, cost per unit, level of service and accuracy standards \- Effectively manages staffing to meet UPH and CPU goals \- Develops and maintains accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity \- Responsible for the prompt, efficient and accurate processing of merchandise, customer order selection and delivery through the Distribution Network, in support of 100% customer satisfaction Policies and Procedures \- Coordinates and communicates changes and updates in process and procedures \- Works with other departments and divisions to resolve problems and ensure efficient service Lead High Performing Teams \- Manages direct reports, systems, and projects to achieve unit goals in accordance with Kohl's policies and procedures \- Prepares and analyze unit plans and reporting \- Provides leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise, thus affecting the results of the operating area \- Creates an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communications \- Develops staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plans Qualifications Preferred \- Multiple years of related experience including direct supervision experience in distribution, production/operations management, warehouse management, or related field.
