Position: Full Time- Assistant Manager

Primary responsibilities include:

Training and developing employeesRecruiting and building a strong, motivated team Leading and supporting personnel and customer service initiatives Assisting with strategic business planning and execution Demonstrating strong leadership and managerial courage Executing merchandising standards and visual presentations.Ideal candidates will have:

Approximately 2+ years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager overseeing multiple employees A proven track record of developing and coaching teams Strong ability to communicate and execute a clear vision and strategy Experience recruiting and networking for top talent Operational experience including payroll procedures, visual standards, and shrink control Strong communication, judgment, and decision‑making skills Initiative, innovation, and adaptability Basic computer proficiency Proven ability to increase sales and manage controllable expenses Strong organizational skills including planning, delegating, and prioritizingMadrag is a long‑standing leader in the affordable fashion market, serving trend‑focused customers with a wide range of stylish apparel and accessories.
