Ultimately, this leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how customers shop Fashion and Fitness on Amazon—building experiences that feel intuitive, personal, and inspiring at every click. Collaborate cross-functionally with category, creative, analytics, and tech teams to bring new ideas from concept to application, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes. This role will be a critical contributor to shaping how millions of customers experience Fashion and Fitness on Amazon. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
