Omnichannel Retail Lead — Customer Experience

Fabletics is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our NEW Retail Store at Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, TX. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver an outstanding omnichannel customer experience. You will support daily operations, merchandising standards, and training initiatives while championing a high-performance culture and KPI achievement. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and
