OMNI CHANNEL ANALYST

Job Summary: The Omnichannel Operations Analyst will assist in all projects relating to Omnichannel and Store Technology initiatives. They will be responsible for helping launch new tech initiatives, troubleshooting store issues, and working with cross functional teams. They will be actively involved in developing, testing, and launching new initiatives that will simplify stores and field leaders’ every day activities. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: Work with field team to gain insight into challenges, needs and tools that could help drive results Partner with IT to launch new technology capabilities to simplify task management for stores and field leaders Create Dashboards and tools that monitor and track KPIs Troubleshoot issues with stores to identify problem and work with cross functional team to resolve Create, analyze, and provide insight via daily, weekly and monthly reports and insights into the performance of the various Omnichannel use cases and help push to make initiatives better Once projects are live in stores, works with business partners to ensure we are consistently reporting the right KPIs and customer/ store feedback and adjust as needed Participate in all User Acceptance Testing for all Omnichannel projects but also functional testing of new store technology Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred 3+ years of work experience, including Store Operations and/or Field Experience Experience with Omnichannel store use cases Advanced Experience and High Proficiency with Microsoft Products- Teams, Sharepoint, Power Apps, Excel, Powerpoint Ability to manage multiple work streams at once Skills and Behaviors: Communication skills, verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities Work with a sense of urgency on a daily basis Ability to work independently, as well as with a team Highly organized Must be able to travel to local area stores
