Overview : The Lane Bryant Associate is responsible for creating a hospitable store environment using customer engagement that contributes to the achievement of Company goals. Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience and facilitate/build strong, enduring relationships. Plans and prioritizes tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and business. Adjust or move store fixtures including but not limited to garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions on a frequent basis; may need to adjust or move objects or merchandise weighing as much as 50 pounds in all directions on occasion and with assistance as available.
