This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences, has a natural sense of style, and loves being part of a vibrant community.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our boutique. You’ll welcome customers, help them find pieces they love, and make every visit feel special and personal.
We are specifically looking for LOCAL candidates who are available to work during the summer and holidays, when Market Street is at its busiest and most exciting.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers with warmth and genuine enthusiasm
Provide personalized styling and product recommendations
Create a welcoming, boutique-style shopping experience
Handle sales transactions and assist with daily store operations
Maintain a beautiful, organized, and visually appealing store
Be a positive, reliable team player

Local residents only (must be available for summer & holiday shifts)
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
Passion for fashion, retail, or boutique environments
Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we value attitude and energy
Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
