Red Clover and Harper Boutique are looking for a full-time stylist to join our growing team! Position Details • Full-Time (approximately 30–35 hours per week) • Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays • Store hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM, 7 days a week • In-person position What You’ll Do • Provide warm, attentive customer service and personalized styling • Assist customers with outfit building and fit • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor • Support daily store operations (opening/closing, restocking, merchandising) • Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals • Represent the Red Clover brand with confidence and professionalism What We’re Looking For • At least 1 year of retail experience (boutique or fashion retail preferred) • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude • Reliable, responsible, and a quick learner • A genuine interest in fashion and styling • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Perks & Benefits • Employee discount • Flexible scheduling • Supportive, team-focused work environment • Opportunity to grow within the company
