Apparel Fashion Designer (Private Label)At Noi Solutions LLC, we are redefining the future of apparel design and manufacturing. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a strong designer to support our innovation initiatives.Responsibilities:Conceptualize and design seasonal collections for our clients' Private Label brands, aligning with market trends and customer needs.Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends in silhouettes, fabrics, washes, trims, and embellishments (e.g., embroidery, graphics).Lead development meetings with clients to align on creative direction and deliverables.Collaborate with senior management to define product aesthetics and assortment strategies.Sketch into key product categories, guided by sales data, market demand, and business objectives.Create and maintain detailed tech packs, ensuring accurate and timely updates throughout the product lifecycle.Develop mini body CADs and seasonal presentation decks to support line development and internal reviews.Partner closely with Product Development and Technical Design teams to ensure design intent is maintained from concept through production.Conduct fit sessions, providing styling direction and ensuring garments meet both aesthetic and technical specifications.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of design experience, preferably within the private label sector.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and specifications.Experience in cut-and-sew garment design is required.Denim experience is a plus.Must have experience working with private label accounts and understanding of their development processes.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
