The New Store Retail Operations Manager will oversee the operational setup and day-to-day functions of new retail store opening, ensuring the store is fully stocked, staff is trained, and operational processes are smooth and efficient from the ground up. New Store Setup & Operations: Lead and manage all operational aspects of a new store opening, including store layout, merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment. Develop and implement training programs that equip staff with the skills to meet operational and customer service standards. Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales forecasting.
