As part of our opening team, you will play a vital role in establishing a must-visit store environment, ensuring smooth operations from day one. Your energetic approach will help us create an engaging shopping and selling experience for families and community members. This paid position offers a chance to develop your retail and resale expertise while contributing to the success of a brand dedicated to efficient processes to ensure all our customers and sellers have top tier experiences.
Duties
Lead the store opening process by sorting and pricing inventory, merchandising product, and general operational setups to ensure a seamless launch
Manage daily store operations including customer experience, sales floor organization, and cash handling using POS systems
Interested in leadership roles? We have those available too! We're looking for managers and shift leads that can handle a high volume of inventory and are confident in delegating tasks to ensure every day operations are not just maintained, but functioning at their highest level
Experience for Management & Team Leads
Proven management experience in retail or related industries with supervisory or assistant manager roles preferred
Strong background in retail sales, team management, and operational oversight within a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control techniques, merchandising standards, and retail math calculations
Excellent communication skills including managerial communication, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities
Experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, employee orientation, and training & development programs
Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff during shifts while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency

Please know that all position require you to be on your feet for 4 to 8 hours per day, depending on your role. If you are unable to lift 40lbs or stand for extended periods of time, this job might not be a great fit.
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 40.0 per week
