About the position As an Assistant Manager, you're a part of the leadership team. Responsibilities Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results with a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand while maximizing profitability.Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc. )Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts, if needed.Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Manager to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates to elevate authentic customer connection.Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.Requirements
