Fashion designer/patternmaker seeking experienced seamstress for help with serging, hand finishing, and constructing sample garment for upcoming collection. Ideal candidate can stitch sharp, neat lines, has a positive disposition, can direction well and be comfortable with innovative techniques and with altering samples once sewn. Can provide freelance, contract or full time opportunity depending on candidate’s skill set and availability. Garment patterns and equipment provided on site & remote work also possible, depending on garment specifications. Pay rate and hours are negotiable based on skill and experience.
