ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyze trends to establish seasonal direction, aligning with Naked Wardrobe’s aesthetic and customer baseConceptualizes and develop innovative silhouettesCreate detailed production sketches and comprehensive tech packs for all product categoriesCollaborate closely with technical design to ensure all development packages are accurate and completeParticipate in fittings and product reviews to ensure the highest quality product and fitWork cross-functionally with development and production to meet critical deadlinesPresent seasonal concepts and product direction to the Fashion Director for approvalFoster creativity and a strong team dynamic through collaboration and mentorship of junior designersMaintain an organized workflow while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsMust currently reside in or near Los Angeles, CABachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related fieldSpecialized in knits, cut and sew, and soft woven categoriesMinimum of 7 years of experience in the apparel industry, with a strong background in design and technical developmentProven experience working with international manufacturers and knowledge of overseas production processesProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), PLM / WFX systems, and Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceStrong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and fabricationAbility to create detailed flat and front garment sketchesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focusedAble to work independently with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of urgencyA collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Salary: USD 72000 - 108000 per year Experience: 5 years required
