Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills and full fluency in English.Previous experience in retail supervision and high-volume customer service.Proficiency with modern point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software applications.Competence in performing fundamental mathematical calculations required for retail operations.Flexibility to work a diverse schedule, including evenings and weekends.Physical capability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Benefits:

Oversee and maintain safe and secure shopping environments by prioritizing accident prevention and building security.Supervise store-level leadership to ensure peak performance in customer service and professional brand representation.Manage general merchandising operations, including truck processing, stockroom organization, and markdown execution.Enforce Loss Prevention programs to safeguard company assets, confidential data, and inventory integrity.Direct Front-End operations to optimize customer wait times and ensure accurate Scan and Bag procedures.Audit and maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of fitting rooms and specialized floor departments.Handle administrative oversight, including payroll administration, scheduling compliance, and bank deposit procedures.Conduct routine store visits to verify merchandise presentation and adherence to monthly promotional guidelines.
