Multi Store Field Leader

Description: The person in this role serves as a key member of the Store Leadership team, taking charge of a specific, assigned area of the store and overseeing general operations when acting as the Manager on Duty. • Familiarity with standard retail technology, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and applications. • Handle and process all incoming merchandise with a sense of urgency, supervise the receipt of non-merchandise deliveries, and ensure all stockrooms are clean and organized. • Ensure all sales floor and department areas are clean, well-maintained, and merchandised to company standards, including promotional signing, floor moves, and re-wraps.
