The primary responsibility of the Systems Analyst is to manage the maintenance of the organization's JDA Demand and Fulfillment systems supporting technical and functional design and development, testing, and user training throughout the project life cycles. Additional responsibilities would include creation of standard operating procedures, business process definition, data analysis and reporting. This role will work collaboratively with the end user community, implementation partners, cross-functional teams and other IT resources to identify system deficiencies and opportunities for business process enhancements. This includes design and development to supports enhancements, projects and defect resolution Provide production support for MP&A systems including JDA D&F, Allocation and Enterprise Planning Troubleshoot systemic issues Document and track issues through resolution Work closely with business users in order to support them with their questions, issues and requirements that relate to business functions supported by MP&A systems Work with cross-functional teams like SAP and WMI in order to support integration with JDA systems Must possess hands-on technical and functional experience with JDA Demand and JDA Fulfillment systems; Experience with other JDA Retail Planning applications is a plus (i.e. JDA Enterprise Planning, JDA Allocation) Must possess strong Database, Operating systems, SQL and Microsoft Office skills Must have a thorough understanding of a Retail Product Lifecycle and the intersection points between Planning, Allocating, Buying, Merchandising, Production and Finance Skills and Behaviors: Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and functional teams Working knowledge of software development lifecycle Changes course easily – Knows when to be patient and when to push – Works well in the gray – Shows grace under pressure – Owns mistakes and learns from them – Balances multiple priorities Takes initiative, doesn’t wait for direction – Builds for the future – Takes personal ownership and accountability – Is resourceful in getting things done Is self-aware and open-minded – Integrates the perspectives of others – Is direct but respectful – Communicates cross functionally – Knows when to get people involved and when to make a decision – Takes an inclusive approach Creates a transformational client experience – Makes decisions in the best interest of the company and our customers – Focuses on internal and external customers Has the skills necessary to perform the job – Keeps current on trends, skills, and practices – Puts learning into practice
