Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hr Supervise, train, and support a team of up to 15 staff members.Ensure accurate rental fittings, binding settings, liability forms, and repair services.Maintain POS accuracy, cash handling, and troubleshoot system issues.Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and uphold service standards.Support retail operations: stocking, merchandising, inventory, and product knowledge.Perform and train others in tuning, waxing, and repair services.Partner with other resort departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.Promote sustainability and the Sundance brand story. and work on feet for long shifts in winter conditions.Must be 18+ years old.
