You will be the face to the client for merchandising, design and product development skill sets. You will lead internal product related efforts with design, product development teams and inventory. In this role you must have a strong knowledge of the Lands’ End business, customer and the brand. In collaboration with Senior/DMM, you will be responsible for the strategic vision of the category, identifying key items or business drivers and presenting the business plan. Strong analytical skills and financial acumen; demonstrated by the ability to analyze and make recommendations that are consist with the brand; critical thinker.
