A fantastic opportunity for a Merchandising Coordinator to join our growing Fossil jewelry business. This Coordinator will have the following core responsibilities: \- Supporting the business strategies and initiatives of the Fossil & Skagen Jewelry business \- Attend product meetings, assist with line plans, work closely with the Design team to deliver seasonal needs \- Partner and communicate with global brand team, regional teams and cross functional teams \- Research & present current and future fashion trends to the Fossil & Skagen Jewelry teams \- Understanding of fashion competitors to identify white space opportunities \- Analyze business trends and identify opportunities and actions \- Sample maintenance / organization \- All sales GTM and training tools production and facilitation \- Supports new product launches for both Fossil & Skagen \- Partners with VM team on seasonal Visual Merchandising direction
