Merchandising Buying Intern

From Mission Mondays, where 10% of our net proceeds go directly to local charitable organizations, to our long-standing partnership with Coprodeli USA, in which we are in the process of building 22 schools for impoverished communities in Peru, we are committed to giving back in meaningful ways to those in need. The Merchandising Buying Internship will provide valuable skills and industry knowledge that are beneficial in pursuing a career in retail or fashion. Assist the merchandising team in the daily responsibilities of running the business.Gather samples for meetings and maintain the sample collection.Assist with reporting and purchase ordersStay up-to-date on trends and the competitive landscape.Support the team in corresponding with the vendor community.Qualifications Must have a few days of open availability and be able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours.Upcoming junior, senior or recent graduate with a strong academic record pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field.Strong fashion sense and passion for product.Demonstrated ability using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.Must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and have the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.Stand Out For Good, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
