Temp Position Start: Asap End: 2/24/22 The Merchandiser for International Markets will be the liaison between internal divisions and 10 International Markets (IM) to provide market specific expertise and organize all divisional Order Intake processes for streamlined communication to IM. Responsibilities: Partner with internal Asia Pacific & Latin America Int’l Teams to be aware of regional strategies and validate market requests against overarching business direction Analyze historical data and feedback from the International Markets to best service each regions needs Collect seasonal OTB’s from IM, and evaluate whether internal collections meet demand; Strategize alternatives as necessary Synthesize staggered North America buy dates across all divisions & buy models: Communicate accordingly to IM for their internal planning Provide line direction, in season support, & visibility to IM – color/ concept, sketches, lifestyle recap, range plans, sketches, assortment plans, & sales memo’s Partner with PO/ Merch teams to create order intake files for IM; Aggregate all IM orders upon receipt for pass off to vendors Track NA milestones which pertain to Tag On Businesses & share out information to IM as needed, especially milestones affecting order intake (i.e., data integrity) Standardize reporting across IM to analyze best/ worst sellers across all countries and share information internally Organize Digital Market Launch to present and explain the collections to IM to create market-wide understanding on strategy and product level Provide full year & seasonal view of penetration shifts by division – areas of grow, maintain, decline Partner with IM Merch Team on current/ future system(s) capabilities to drive efficiencies in how we work internally & externally with IM Requirements: 3+ years merchandising experience, preferably with international exposure Skills: Ability to multi task in fast paced environment Highly organized, detail oriented & possess excellent analytical acumen Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills Knowledge of international cultures & retail landscapes Strong computer skills – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe.
