Merchandiser Full Time - The Waterside Shops - Naples, FL

• Supports recruiting efforts to build a team of great talent that work within our culture of HEART – both in values and the HEART Styling Experience. • Leads by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager. • Trains the team in brand standards and Operation Recovery to all Stylists. This role will also work directly with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor and address the sale section (expanding/condensing) as necessary. • Identify store/facilities needs and communicate with management and Regional Merchandising Manager.
